As with last year, to enter players need to

• e-mail me at eddielin1967@googlemail.com with their BE number and the events they want to play in. I will e-mail them back to confirm receipt of entry
• let me know if they are going to pay cash/cheque on the day or transfer to the HBA account. If the latter I will give them details of the HBA account.
• I will probably just give generic start times as we have so many courts to start with on both days.

The closing date will be the Friday before each event and I will do the draws on the Saturdays. I have increased the entry fee £12 to help pay the additional costs for the courts and hopefully people will still find as value for money.
