The Wimbledon Summer Team tournament has been going for over 10 years and in that time has gone from strength to strength. It’s a fabulous competitive and fun Team event but also a fantastic social event on the Saturday night with disco, BBQ and fancy dress.

Anyone who has played Gold, Silver Senior events, or has represented their county at Senior Level or is a Division 1, 2 club player would be eligible and enjoy this event.

Each team consists of three men and three women ranked one to three. Each team will play a minimum of five hybrid matches over the two days. A hybrid match consists of 9 rubbers ( 1 game to 21), 3 men’s doubles, 3 women’s doubles and 3 mixed.

Entry fee of £44 per player (£264 per team) is great value as it includes all the weekends badminton, party pass to disco and BBQ (which is great food) and a free Tournament Shirt. Cash prizes are available for at least first and second placed teams plus other prizes available.
